Nestled within our peaceful 22-acre farm and just three miles from the sea, this beautifully converted stone cowshed offers a bright, spacious retreat in the countryside. Thoughtfully restored to preserve its rustic charm while providing modern comfort, the cottage features light-filled interiors, soft wood finishes, and elegant tiled flooring throughout. Surrounded by open farmland yet close to the coast, it provides the perfect setting for a relaxing rural escape.

The spacious living room features a large log burner, creating a warm and welcoming space to relax. And a smart TV. French doors open directly onto the patio and hot tub.

The bedrooms are snug and cosy, offering comfortable accommodation for up to six guests.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, while an additional single bedroom is located downstairs.

On the ground floor, there is also a shower wet room, making it particularly suitable for guests with restricted mobility.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Y Boidy Bach comfortably sleeps up to six guests across four bedrooms : two doubles and two singles.

One single bed is located on the ground floor, making it a suitable option for guests with restricted mobility.

The enclosed patio area features a hot tub, garden table, parasol, and seating for up to six guests, creating a perfect space to relax and dine outdoors. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm, but dogs must be always kept on a lead. Children can also enjoy the on-site play area.

There is a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer operated by coin meter. Parking for two cars beside cottage.
